Jerome began his Hyatt career at Grand Hyatt New York managing the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets where he quickly recognized his love for events! After working at many Hyatt properties across the country since 2014, Jerome is happy to be apart of an amazing team at Hyatt Regency Bethesda and looking forward to creating strong partnerships with both new and existing clients.

"I have been in the hotel and event industry for about 7 years now. I obtained my degree In Business Administration with a minor in Event Management at Johnson and Wales University. I worked in the Casino/Hotel industry for majority of my career and am familiar with planning functions for large venues and boutique properties. I have planned events such as weddings, vendor shows, multi-day conferences, concerts and commencement ceremonies. I truly enjoy planning and servicing events for my clients!"

Kayla is an Event Sales Manager focusing on small business meetings and small-scale social events. Kayla’s experience in the hospitality industry has developed her ability to be flexible to all of your meeting needs. She has worked with Hyatt Regency Bethesda for a year and was promoted in March 2023. Kayla’s well-rounded abilities make her a great asset to the team.

Hayley started working in the private club industry, where she specialized in organizing social, member and youth events. She then transitioned her role to working corporate events, and is looking forward to growing with the hotel industry. Her goal is to ensure that each event she plans and executes is a resounding success, leaving attendees with unforgettable memories and clients who are excited to return for future events!
